Currently living in Savannah, Georgia, Riot has a background in gymnastics and has been active in circus arts since 2007. Her foundation aerial skills where honed with Sky Gym, while Riot’s hoop dance and further knowledge of the aerial arts have been obtained through autodidact training. An active performer in commercial and concert venues, some of her previous clients are Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, South Magazine, the City of Wilmington, North Carolina, the United States Coast Guard, Range Rover, and Mike Ingram (New Orleans Saints running back). In October 2011, she published her first book,"The Aerialist's Companion"; a guide providing technique and step-by-step instructions for beginner to advanced aerialists. Riot is an aerial dance and hula hooping performance artist willing to create new works and collaborate projects. Behold breath-taking aerial silks, corde lisse (rope), and lyra (aerial ring) performances and intense, hypnotic hoop dance routines.

Aerial Silks Intro Group ClassAll ages, shapes, and sizes are welcome in this one hour session that gets you off the ground and dancing in the air with Riot's 14.5 to 18 ft aerial rig. Can't even do a pull up? It's not required! If you can do about ten sit ups, you can participate in this class. Limit of eight students per class, online pre-registration is required to secure your spot.Climbing MethodologyThis beginner friendly class covers different climbing techniques from the basics to more advanced and stylish ascents. 1.5 hour classInverts WorkshopYou'll spend most of this class upside down, covering basic inverts from the egg knot as well as loose ribbon and single pole inverts with conditioning. 1.5 class
